An unexpectedly hard shot by Eneko Jorquera in the 47th minute of play forced Chañaritos AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Giraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timoteo Sandalio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samuel Belo's late challenge caught a Toco y me voy FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Belo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Samuel Belo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Toco y me voy FC booed when Chañaritos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Gonza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteban Giraldo made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Eneko Jorquera sent off a good shot on target. Eneko Jorquera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Esteban Giraldo made a huge save. Chañaritos AFC's Timoteo Sandalio got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chañaritos AFC's Esteban Giraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Barrionuevo in the 96th minute of play. Despite being the better team, Toco y me voy FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
