In the 7thth minute of the game Igor Olayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 11 Leones de Zion's Melquiades Seguinus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 11 Leones de Zion's Melquiades Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Olayo in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, 11 Leones de Zion's Melquiades Seguinus got control of the ball when Bernabe Rainerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Jusepe in the 20th minute of play forced 11 Leones de Zion's goalkeeper Melquiades Seguinus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind 11 Leones de Zion's goalkeeper Melquiades Seguinus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36thth minute of the game Igor Olayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 11 Leones de Zion's Melquiades Seguinus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adrian Rufio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Melquiades Seguinus made a huge save. When Igor Olayo got free in front of the goal in the 47th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Melquiades Seguinus was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Urritz made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Igor Olayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 11 Leones de Zion's Melquiades Seguinus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Bernabe Rainerio came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Echeverría fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Rainerio couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Igor Olayo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Seguinus was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After 56 played minutes Echeverría got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Rufio. Igor Olayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Seguinus having to interfere. Bernabe Rainerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Melquiades Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidro Jusepe charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Jusepe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Echeverría's Domingo Eguntsenti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Echeverría from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute of the match 11 Leones de Zion got a corner. Echeverría's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Arixo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Igor Olayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to 11 Leones de Zion getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Segundo Arixo hit a great ball. Ignacio Pudes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Melquiades Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Rainerio in the 94th minute of play. If Igor Olayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Echeverría walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
