Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Huanchilla's Carmelo Corderro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timoteo Salbatore in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Jakue prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Timoteo Salbatore got in the 6th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Bernardo Jakue handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Iigo in the 8th minute of play forced Meseta FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Oskarbi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Huanchilla's Ramiro Cruz got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 13th minute, Tomas Goyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Huanchilla's Eleuterio Cidro got a free kick in the 14th minute. Albert Rebas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Bernardo Jakue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Huanchilla's zone, Tomas Goyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Jakue came out of the goal and Tomas Goyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute Erubiel Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Oskarbi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Huanchilla got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Cidro. When Tomas Goyo came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Meseta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Goyo couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Meseta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Iigo came free, but Ceferino Oskarbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meseta FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Oskarbi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonardo Aguilera hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timoteo Salbatore to strike the kick off in the second half. Erubiel Iigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Oskarbi having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Timoteo Salbatore put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bernardo Jakue. Ceferino Oskarbi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erubiel Iigo went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. With his leg Ceferino Oskarbi managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Huanchilla's Erubiel Iigo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Huanchilla's Bernardo Jakue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Rebas in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Meseta FC's Tomas Goyo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Jakue made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After 75 minutes, Albert Rebas made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Huanchilla's Bernardo Jakue tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 played minutes Huanchilla got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Donio. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timoteo Salbatore in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Jakue prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Huanchilla booed when Meseta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Rojelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Gentza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Huanchilla fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Meseta FC had played much better football throughout.
