With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Henric in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Quirze saved Los Potrillos from getting behind. In the 23rd minute of the game Hipolito Fernandez made a throw-in which Melquiades Ourente played forward. Gabriel Quirze yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.
