Nicasio Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Rio Cuarto FC booed when Bompland AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Bemabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Elixio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Ismael Aballe made a precise shot to the right of Ulises Elixio. Bompland AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. If Severino Boniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Boniel took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicasio Navarro. Nicasio Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. If Jairo Errando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Boniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severino Boniel was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Jairo Errando made a precise shot to the right of Nicasio Navarro. Rio Cuarto FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Bompland AFC's Ulises Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Aballe in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Bompland AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Sotero came free, but Ulises Elixio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nico Sumpena's late challenge caught a Rio Cuarto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nico Sumpena helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes Bompland AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nico Sumpena. Ulises Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Kelemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute Ismael Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Elixio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Errando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Nicasio Navarro made a huge save. Ulises Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Bermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bompland AFC made a substitution. Ulises Elixio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Jairo Errando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Navarro having to interfere. Bompland AFC made a substitution.
