The supporters of Gramilla booed when Top Spin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Ritchie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiburcio Videl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Servando having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Top Spin FC's Elpidio Bermund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gogo Normando. Gogo Normando yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With a little luck, Gramilla's Gogo Normando got control of the ball when Rodolfo Pietro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Elpidio Bermund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gogo Normando was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Top Spin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Domiku came free, but Nemesio Servando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nemesio Servando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Videl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Domiku couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute Adolfo Iago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Servando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Danilo Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gramilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Domiku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nemesio Servando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 76 minutes into the match, Top Spin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Iago came free, but Nemesio Servando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
