In the 48th minute, Ireland 1921's Isidoro Bilbo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Perfecto Mongis. Perfecto Mongis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonel Criston was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Leonel Criston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Herbert Banaszak came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Ireland 1921 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herbert Banaszak couldn't finish the play. Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Ambrosio Ovando managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Patricio Roderigo in the 62 minute of the game. After 72 minutes of play, Ireland 1921's Isidoro Bilbo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perfecto Mongis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 75th minute, Herbert Banaszak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 played minutes Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Leoncio. After 81 minutes, Gong Yong Zhi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ and the Ireland 1921 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Ireland 1921. Leonel Criston stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Perfecto Mongis. 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Criston in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perfecto Mongis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ireland 1921's Leonel Criston got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herbert Banaszak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Herbert Banaszak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Perfecto Mongis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that Ireland 1921 were the better team. Ireland 1921's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
