The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Paveliuc got free with Adriano Picciano in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 minutes of play, Ceci Basket Ball Club's Fabio Rencio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geronimo Nayely was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geronimo Nayely made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Locaio in the 16th minute of play. Erasmo Maidana struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Adriano Picciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Madrid del Jujuy. Eustaquio Victoro hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Melchor Eder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustaquio Victoro during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 played minutes C.A. Madrid del Jujuy got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Victoro. When Melchor Eder came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Ceci Basket Ball Club fans jumped to their feet. With his leg Adriano Picciano managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when C.A. Madrid del Jujuy's Erasmo Maidana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 35th match minute, Ceci Basket Ball Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Adrio to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lázaro Musko during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to C.A. Madrid del Jujuy getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Lázaro Musko hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Arsenio Locaio put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Geronimo Nayely. After the first half Ceci Basket Ball Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Arsenio Locaio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Nayely having to make a save. Adriano Picciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Vinhas in the 53rd minute of play. Fabio Lano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Nayely read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Reynaldo Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Picciano having to interfere. Adriano Picciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Eyague in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Eustaquio Victoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Ceci Basket Ball Club's Arsenio Locaio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. When Fan Bo Si fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceci Basket Ball Club's protests and gave Fan Bo Si a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A. Madrid del Jujuy booed when Ceci Basket Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fan Bo Si didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Celestino Aznar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliano Adrio got free with Geronimo Nayely in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celestino Aznar lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 92nd minute, one of C.A. Madrid del Jujuy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A. Madrid del Jujuy. Ceci Basket Ball Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
