Spectators: 7519 (Terracing: 5640, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Armando Paio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Potrerillo Azuleño's Nicanor Jaizki got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lastur Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Patxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. With his leg Antonio Criston managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Potrerillo Azuleño's Nicanor Jaizki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Feliberto Tancredo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Los Porteños fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Tancredo couldn't finish the play. Conrado Mel hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Porteños's zone, Armando Paio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Criston came out of the goal and Armando Paio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erubiel Oxel hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 32 played minutes Los Porteños got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Estavan. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillo Azuleño's zone, Lastur Rodriguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Patxi came out of the goal and Lastur Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute Feliberto Tancredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Patxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilfredo Patxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Tancredo in the 40th minute of the match. Potrerillo Azuleño were furious when Anastasio Gomez was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Potrerillo Azuleño! Lastur Rodriguez placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Wilfredo Patxi came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Porteños's Feliberto Tancredo. But to his dismay, Feliberto Tancredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lastur Rodriguez in the 48th minute of play forced Potrerillo Azuleño's goalkeeper Wilfredo Patxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Potrerillo Azuleño players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Porteños were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliberto Tancredo was the one to do the kick off. Potrerillo Azuleño's Wilfredo Patxi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Potrerillo Azuleño from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goal looked a bit too open when Lastur Rodriguez came free, but Wilfredo Patxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 minutes, Leopoldo Iratzeder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Potrerillo Azuleño and the Los Porteños players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Potrerillo Azuleño's Leopoldo Iratzeder got a free kick in the 56th minute. Wilfredo Patxi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliberto Tancredo in the 57th minute. If Lastur Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Los Porteños's Erubiel Oxel got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliberto Tancredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Wilfredo Patxi made a huge save. Wilfredo Patxi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lastur Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilfredo Patxi made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ovidio Lano sent off a good shot on target. Nicanor Jaizki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Criston read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Feliberto Tancredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Porteños's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Tancredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Patxi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Feliberto Tancredo came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Los Porteños fans jumped to their feet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliberto Tancredo in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Patxi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilfredo Patxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lastur Rodriguez in the 89th minute of the match. Los Porteños were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Potrerillo Azuleño's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lastur Rodriguez took the corner. In the 95th minute, Conrado Mel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
