The Carapaligüe fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Carapaligüe's Donato Eguen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cecilio Gai hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

With his leg Ermegildo Jobo managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Carapaligüe's Donato Eguen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Carapaligüe fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Carapaligüe's Donato Eguen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the final whistle sounded Carapaligüe left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Naranja Mecanica.
