Los Triperos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Haritz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With an all-out effort, Los Triperos's Yao Peng Jun threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leonides Igon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arturo Baldovino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Los Demoledores's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Igon came free, but Yao Peng Jun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Lleir hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Los Demoledores's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Leonides Igon scored to the left of an out of position Yao Peng Jun, making the score, 1-2. In the 44th minute Constantino Haritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Krooni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Los Demoledores's Yao Peng Jun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Baldovino in the 52nd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Arturo Baldovino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Justino Lesardo fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Triperos's protests and gave Justino Lesardo a yellow card for diving instead.
