Cristo Gutierrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Bazkoare having to interfere. Matias Bazkoare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Gutierrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Guipuzkoa in the 6th minute of play forced ClubAtléticoIndependiente's goalkeeper Matias Bazkoare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ClubAtléticoIndependiente's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Cristo Gutierrez scored to the left of an out of position Matias Bazkoare, making the score, 1-0. Cristo Guipuzkoa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Matias Bazkoare when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Alberto Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oliva FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Vela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Bazkoare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Gutierrez in the 20th minute of play forced ClubAtléticoIndependiente's goalkeeper Matias Bazkoare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ClubAtléticoIndependiente's Matias Bazkoare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Gutierrez in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Guipuzkoa in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Bazkoare prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 25 minutes, Cristo Gutierrez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oliva FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Gutierrez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Oliva FC's Cristo Guipuzkoa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matias Bazkoare. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. After 29 played minutes Oliva FC got a freekick which was hit by Denis Bonadona. ClubAtléticoIndependiente's Matias Bazkoare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save ClubAtléticoIndependiente from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Matias Bazkoare successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cristo Gutierrez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Matias Bazkoare made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Oliva FC's Joaquin Chap nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matias Bazkoare made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, ClubAtléticoIndependiente's goalkeeper Matias Bazkoare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristo Gutierrez. With an all-out effort, Oliva FC's Matias Bazkoare threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberto Vela, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by ClubAtléticoIndependiente's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristo Gutierrez was slow to take the kick. During this time Oliva FC's players had a chance to rest. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristo Guipuzkoa made a kick off. Oliva FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristo Gutierrez in the 54th minute. Oliva FC's Cristo Gutierrez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matias Bazkoare in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Cristo Guipuzkoa put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Matias Bazkoare. After 58 minutes, Cristo Gutierrez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oliva FC and the ClubAtléticoIndependiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Oliva FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. Matias Bazkoare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Vela, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, ClubAtléticoIndependiente's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Gutierrez came free, but Matias Bazkoare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Cristo Guipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Bazkoare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Chap took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Bazkoare. Matias Bazkoare dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Matias Bazkoare came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Oliva FC's Alberto Vela. But to his dismay, Alberto Vela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. ClubAtléticoIndependiente's Matias Bazkoare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Gutierrez in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Oliva FC booed when ClubAtléticoIndependiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Joey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Bazkoare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Gutierrez in the 84th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Cristo Guipuzkoa put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Matias Bazkoare. Matias Bazkoare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Urtun in the 90th minute of play. In the 97th minute Raul Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Bazkoare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
