The San Lorenzo de Laferrere fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafino Froylan should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Ferrando in the 13th minute of play forced RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's goalkeeper Dean Dams to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Gamus came free, but Dean Dams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karol Fila hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Serafino Froylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Quintyn in the 17th minute of the match. Serafino Froylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Selatse in the 27th minute of play. Dean Dams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Ferrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The supporters of RCD CARABANCHEL SAD booed when San Lorenzo de Laferrere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Marciewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Ekhi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafino Froylan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Serafino Froylan made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Matias Aznaro sent off a good shot on target. Dean Dams took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Ferrando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafino Froylan made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Cecilio Tano sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's corner Anibal Ekhi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Serafino Froylan quite easily take care of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Miliano came free, but Dean Dams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Braulio Quintyn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 3-1 became the score in the 44th minute when Braulio Quintyn elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 48th minute Marciano Ferrando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dean Dams saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Omar Gamus to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marciano Ferrando got free with Dean Dams in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafino Froylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Quintyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Dean Dams got control of the ball when Omar Gamus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Serafino Froylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Aznaro in the 95th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Rene Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo de Laferrere defense, Matias Aznaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafino Froylan. The San Lorenzo de Laferrere fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafino Froylan should have stopped the shot. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
