Camilo Rozarius's late challenge caught a Tipán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Rozarius helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes Daireaux FC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Rozarius. Daireaux FC's Jonatan Esiquio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Daireaux FC from getting a goal against them. Camilo Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Peyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daireaux FC's Serafino Peyo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Froilan Sol kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Alvaro Lohitzun charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alvaro Lohitzun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alvaro Lohitzun hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Danel in the 22nd minute of play forced Tipán's goalkeeper Camilo Francesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Pastor Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Tipán's Abelardo Abadie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Esiquio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 43 minutes into the game, Froilan Sol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonatan Esiquio. Froilan Sol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victoriano Sesuldo to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tipán's Froilan Sol got a free kick in the 51st minute. The supporters of Tipán booed when Daireaux FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Rozarius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Esiquio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Sol, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Serafino Peyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Francesco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serafino Peyo ran back to his position shaking his head. Pastor Danel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Camilo Francesco made a huge save. In the 70th match minute, Daireaux FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Rozarius to maneuver through the defense. Daireaux FC's Jonatan Esiquio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Sesuldo in the 73rd minute of play. Serafino Peyo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Francesco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Oscar Xabel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Jonatan Esiquio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Sol in the 81st minute of play. After some careless play in the Tipán defense, Domingo Joanes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Francesco. The Tipán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Francesco should have stopped the shot. Jonatan Esiquio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Gutierrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
