Zarate unidos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jorge Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Nestor Astudillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Jorge Armani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Zarate unidos's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Fonda came free, but Stanley Colman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zarate unidos's Stanley Colman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Fonda in the 16th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Banegas in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stanley Colman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicasio Fonda in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stanley Colman saved Zarate unidos from getting behind. Stanley Colman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Fonda in the 27th minute of the match. Stanley Colman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Fonda in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Nicasio Fonda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esmeralda AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicasio Fonda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanley Colman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 37 minutes, David Banegas made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Zarate unidos's Stanley Colman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zarate unidos's Marco Cristofor quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lê Yang, made in the 40th minute of the game. 41 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Astudillo came free, but Jorge Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Astudillo to make the kick off. Stanley Colman was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Nicasio Fonda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicasio Fonda really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Fonda in the 58th minute of play forced Zarate unidos's goalkeeper Stanley Colman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Esmeralda AFC fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Esmeralda AFC's Nicasio Fonda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, David Banegas put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Stanley Colman. Stanley Colman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Fonda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes of play, Esmeralda AFC's Nicasio Fonda made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanley Colman was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Nicasio Fonda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stanley Colman was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Banegas got free with Stanley Colman in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute, Marco Gonchan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Esmeralda AFC booed when Zarate unidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Gonchan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Banegas got free with Stanley Colman in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicasio Fonda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 0-9 when David Banegas sped through Zarate unidos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stanley Colman. David Banegas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 93rd playminute. After 96th play minutes Nicasio Fonda shot 0-11, a short shot which went by Stanley Colman and just under the crossbar into goal. The Zarate unidos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Esmeralda AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
