After 2 played minutes Los muñecos got a freekick which was hit by Dino Olle. After 4 played minutes Los muñecos got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Umea. After 6 played minutes Los muñecos got a freekick which was hit by Dino Olle. In the 7th minute of the match Ariel Joachim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adan Salomon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anselmo Valerio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvio Tauro having to make a save. Pascual Argenis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Valerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Tauro having to interfere. Eliseo Aguilera kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Gilberto Horado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Silvio Tauro made a huge save. After 17 minutes, Julio Barto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coihueco FC and the Los muñecos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Julio Barto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Umea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Tauro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Adan Salomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Santio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascual Argenis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Coihueco FC's zone, Anselmo Valerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Tauro came out of the goal and Anselmo Valerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Pascual Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los muñecos's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Argenis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Tauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los muñecos's Adan Salomon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Santio in the 29th minute of play. Adan Salomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los muñecos's Pascual Argenis got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Edgardo Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pascual Argenis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvio Tauro having to make a save. Pascual Argenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Silvio Tauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Anselmo Valerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los muñecos's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Valerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Tauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Valerio was the one to do the kick off. If Anselmo Valerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Umea in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Tauro saved Coihueco FC from getting behind. Anselmo Valerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 played minutes Coihueco FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Turi. If Anselmo Valerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 62nd minute Pascual Argenis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Tauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Anselmo Valerio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvio Tauro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Edgardo Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristobal Turi hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Los muñecos's Adan Salomon got control of the ball when Hugo Santio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Anselmo Valerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anier Dubardo fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coihueco FC's protests and gave Anier Dubardo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Anier Dubardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Los muñecos getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Edgardo Umea hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Malvin in the 78th minute of play forced Los muñecos's goalkeeper Adan Salomon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gilberto Horado came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Los muñecos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Horado couldn't finish the play. Anselmo Valerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvio Tauro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anselmo Valerio ran back to his position shaking his head. Los muñecos's Pascual Argenis got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilberto Horado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
