Bartolo Illan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Roque Mannie. When Arsenio Gomez came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Lagartijas Futbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Gomez couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lagartijas Futbol's Rafael Jerold slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bartolo Illan. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. 9 minutes into the match, Mazarredo FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Illan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arsenio Gomez. The supporters of Lagartijas Futbol booed when Mazarredo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Endura didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Mazarredo FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Segundo Endura hit a great ball. Bartolo Illan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lagartijas Futbol's Arsenio Gomez shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. With his leg Bartolo Illan managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Lagartijas Futbol's Arsenio Gomez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 24 minutes into the match, Rafael Jerold had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bartolo Illan. Mazarredo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Jerold was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 27 minutes into the game, Arsenio Gomez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bartolo Illan. Arsenio Gomez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. In the 34th minute, Lagartijas Futbol's Roque Mannie seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Roque Mannie the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lagartijas Futbol protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roque Mannie had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Mazarredo FC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Evelio Francis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lagartijas Futbol's Enzo Beremundo. 6-1. In the 41st minute of the match, Rafael Jerold tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bartolo Illan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Roman Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lagartijas Futbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Dalmau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Illan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
The wind increased when Zeledon Bartuelo made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Lagartijas Futbol booed when Mazarredo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Pello didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute, Rafael Jerold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristobal Gabrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Jerold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Illan having to interfere. Roman Dalmau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 60 minutes, Rafael Jerold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lagartijas Futbol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Jerold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Lagartijas Futbol fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Lagartijas Futbol's Rafael Jerold looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 70 played minutes Mazarredo FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Nevada. In the 71st minute, Raul Fix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Jerold succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 8-1. Robustiano Pello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Beremundo having to interfere. Bartolo Illan came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Lagartijas Futbol's Rafael Jerold. But to his dismay, Rafael Jerold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lagartijas Futbol fully deserved thier win.
