The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Gar got free with Emirhan Canel in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Velez Capo's Emirhan Canel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Velez Capo from getting a goal against them. After 20 minutes of play, Velez Capo's Gaston Iraitz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dan Bäckström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dan Bäckström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Oskarbi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute, Prospero Marcones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes Velez Capo got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Gitano. After 32 minutes of play, Velez Capo's Orlando Oskarbi made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dan Bäckström was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, LakeShow's Emanuel Natanael got a free kick in the 39th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Natanael during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to LakeShow getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Emanuel Natanael hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Orlando Oskarbi made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Velez Capo's Samuel Gitano got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Cecilio Cugat came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the LakeShow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Cugat couldn't finish the play. A collision led to LakeShow getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cornelio Elia hit a great ball. Gaston Iraitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Dan Bäckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaston Iraitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes LakeShow got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Elia. Orlando Oskarbi missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 78 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Dan Bäckström right hand side. With a little luck, LakeShow's Dan Bäckström got control of the ball when Orlando Oskarbi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orlando Oskarbi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Bäckström came out and tried to block the shot, but Orlando Oskarbi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 84th minute. Velez Capo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
