Nestor Jokin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Diana's Nestor Jokin got a free kick in the 4th minute. Celso Gaufred stood somewhat misplaced when Ignacio Chucho came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 5 minute. Ricardo Procopio hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Eulalio Azeari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Celso Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Xabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Celso Gaufred made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulises Xabel in the 14th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacio Chucho in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Gaufred saved Diana from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Diana's zone, Ignacio Chucho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Gaufred came out of the goal and Ignacio Chucho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jairo Modestio came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Sportivo Villa del Parque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Modestio couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes in the game, Teodosio Ugaitz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Celso Gaufred having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Chucho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Gaufred was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Ignacio Chucho scored 3-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celso Gaufred, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 36 minutes, Ulises Xabel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Villa del Parque's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulises Xabel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Chucho in the 38th minute of play. Diana's Celso Gaufred proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Diana from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute of the match, Ignacio Chucho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Celso Gaufred saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ulises Xabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Ignacio Chucho struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Celso Gaufred didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Villa del Parque. Ignacio Chucho took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celso Gaufred. Celso Gaufred dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Ignacio Chucho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Gaufred having to interfere. In the 66thth minute of the game Ignacio Chucho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diana's Celso Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulises Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Gaufred having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Villa del Parque's Eulalio Azeari got a free kick in the 74th minute. Ignacio Chucho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celso Gaufred having to make a save. Ulises Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Gaufred having to interfere. In the 84thth minute of the game Ignacio Chucho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diana's Celso Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Fernan Lando came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Sportivo Villa del Parque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernan Lando couldn't finish the play. After 87 minutes, Joel Franco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diana and the Sportivo Villa del Parque players grew even worse after the yellow card. Celso Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Modestio in the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Sportivo Villa del Parque players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
