Enrique Paublo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Bernad in the 20th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Godfredo Bernad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrique Paublo. Green Bay Packers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godfredo Bernad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Godfredo Bernad put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Enrique Paublo. Godfredo Bernad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Paublo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Green Bay Packers's zone, Godfredo Bernad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Paublo came out of the goal and Godfredo Bernad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Green Bay Packers's Enrique Paublo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Bernad in the 46th minute of play. The Green Bay Packers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Medanito were winning 0-4.

Enrique Paublo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Godfredo Bernad might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Paublo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godfredo Bernad ran back to his position shaking his head. Enrique Paublo was a little too slow when Sergio Ilixo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-8. Enrique Paublo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Rudolfo in the 83rd minute of play. Enrique Paublo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Ilixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Ilixo got free with Enrique Paublo in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Sergio Ilixo took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Enrique Paublo to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Medanito left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Green Bay Packers.
