The supporters of Bahia Sporting Club booed when Moquehuá AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Patxi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Bahia Sporting Club's Eliseo Pirro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidoro Min made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Isidoro Min showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Guillem in the 33rd minute of the match. Isidoro Min showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Guillem, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Guillem in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Min prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 77 minutes into the match, Gilberto Guillem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isidoro Min. Moquehuá AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Guillem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Bahia Sporting Club made a substitution. Alípio Caiado replaced Hugo Velasco. Isidoro Min made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludvig Nässén in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bahia Sporting Club's Albino Vagrande got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bahia Sporting Club had won after a very even match.
