Godfredo Bernad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Min having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Medanito's zone, Lucas Cristofol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Albuquerque came out of the goal and Lucas Cristofol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godfredo Bernad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Mikeldi charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Constantino Mikeldi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes Medanito got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Mikeldi. In the 23rd minute, Medanito's Godfredo Bernad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Godfredo Bernad kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isidoro Min. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Moquehuá AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Bernad came free, but Isidoro Min reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Min made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Sergio Ilixo sent off a good shot on target. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clodoveo Patxi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Godfredo Bernad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Medanito's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Bernad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Min breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Godfredo Bernad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Min was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When Sergio Ilixo came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Medanito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Ilixo couldn't finish the play. Godfredo Bernad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Isidoro Min tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Ilixo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Isidoro Min showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Bernad, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Moquehuá AFC's Clodoveo Hodei got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Godfredo Bernad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Medanito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 85th minute, Godfredo Bernad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 minutes, Ovidio Federigo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moquehuá AFC and the Medanito players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, Moquehuá AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Federigo to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Medanito had played much better football throughout.
