Moquehuá AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Bermudez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Aldo Laffitte fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chusca AFC's protests and gave Aldo Laffitte a yellow card for diving instead. Isidoro Min showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Luix, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Clodoveo Patxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute, Dalmacio Kemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Clodoveo Patxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 26 minutes into the match, Chusca AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Patxi came free, but Antonio Artaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Itzaina kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Patxi in the 31st minute of play forced Chusca AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Artaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Moquehuá AFC's goalkeeper Isidoro Min, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. During the 35th minute of the match Aldo Laffitte completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aldo Laffitte a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 36th match minute, Chusca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Clodoveo Patxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Artaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Amancio Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moquehuá AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Norino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Chusca AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Moquehuá AFC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clemente Fortun to strike the kick off in the second half. Clodoveo Patxi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Artaldo having to make a save. If Ivan Victoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amancio Norino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Moquehuá AFC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Moquehuá AFC's Clodoveo Patxi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Moquehuá AFC's Isidoro Min played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Fortun in the 65th minute of play. Erasmo Errapel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isidoro Min. Moquehuá AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Moquehuá AFC's Ovidio Federigo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Clemente Fortun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Cristofol got free with Antonio Artaldo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Moquehuá AFC's Clodoveo Patxi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antonio Artaldo. That made the score 0-5 after 80 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Clodoveo Patxi took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Antonio Artaldo to make any attempt to save it. Clodoveo Patxi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Antonio Artaldo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Albino Bero charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albino Bero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chusca AFC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Albino Bero hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Patxi in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Artaldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Chusca AFC's Clemente Fortun got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Moquehuá AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chusca AFC.
