Sisiguasi AFC's Artemio Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Guillem in the 33rd minute of play. Eliseo Pirro might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Javiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Pirro ran back to his position shaking his head. If Maurício de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maurício de Carvalho to strike the kick off in the second half. Osoitz Rescuro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dênis Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dênis Medeiros in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osoitz Rescuro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Sisiguasi AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dênis Medeiros hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Darell Beltre notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sisiguasi AFC's Artemio Javiar. Artemio Javiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dênis Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Darell Beltre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Artemio Javiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute, Gilberto Guillem made a precise shot to the right of Artemio Javiar. Sisiguasi AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 70th minute, Gilberto Guillem left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bahia Sporting Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Osoitz Rescuro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Presebal in the 75th minute of play. Artemio Javiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Pirro in the 80th minute of the match. Bahia Sporting Club's Ludvig Nässén was substituted for Gilberto Guillem. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sisiguasi AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albino Vagrande was slow to take the kick. During this time Bahia Sporting Club's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Bahia Sporting Club's Darell Beltre getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 93 minutes of play, Bahia Sporting Club's Ludvig Nässén made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artemio Javiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the Sisiguasi AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bahia Sporting Club.
