The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in CHIZZO NAPOLI fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Club Olimpikus a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fernando Jerardo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CHIZZO NAPOLI's Silvestre Txordon. 0-2. Angelino Perez kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 20thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Club Olimpikus's keeper Osvaldo Celipe was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Incendio in the 24th minute of play forced CHIZZO NAPOLI's goalkeeper Silvestre Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelino Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Celipe having to interfere. In the 28th minute Maximino Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Txordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Celipe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Perez in the 29th minute of the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Angelino Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CHIZZO NAPOLI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Perez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd match minute, Club Olimpikus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Quinteros to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Fernando Jerardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelino Perezs short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Osvaldo Celipe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ariel Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Txordon having to interfere. CHIZZO NAPOLI's Angelino Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CHIZZO NAPOLI's zone, Armando Incendio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Txordon came out of the goal and Armando Incendio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Perez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Club Olimpikus's Maximino Magdaleno got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Silvestre Txordon managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Club Olimpikus's Armando Incendio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, CHIZZO NAPOLI's Silvestre Txordon got control of the ball when Armando Incendio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 played minutes CHIZZO NAPOLI got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Senen. 75 minutes into the match, Maximino Magdaleno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silvestre Txordon, 0-3. The audience was convinced that Maximino Magdaleno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Txordon was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 84th minute Maximino Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Txordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Magdaleno was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Club Olimpikus's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
