Prospero Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Ieltxu in the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Haritz got free with Delmiro Abilio in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Racing Stones's Prospero Gimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Rodriguez in the 40th minute of play. After 42 minutes, Tiburcio Gelmiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.D. Oriente Petrolero and the Racing Stones players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, C.D. Oriente Petrolero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Gelmiro to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Haritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Feliberto Rodriguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prospero Gimenez was relentless in the 89th minute of the game.
