Sergio Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Chu Feng made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Hílton Salles sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Club SyD CEAF's Chu Feng got control of the ball when Hílton Salles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hílton Salles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chu Feng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Chu Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Salles in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to El Torero getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ambrosio Urtsua hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, El Torero's Carolo Lorenz got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Chu Feng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hílton Salles in the 49th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Hílton Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 59 minutes, Ulises Stanislao made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. El Torero's Sergio Goycochea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sergio Goycochea made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Honorio Ezkerra sent off a good shot on target. Chu Feng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Lorenz in the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hílton Salles in the 65th minute of play forced Club SyD CEAF's goalkeeper Chu Feng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club SyD CEAF's Chu Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Lorenz in the 67th minute of play. Danilo Gergori helped the player get up and apologised. Club SyD CEAF's Chu Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Rocendo in the 77th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Club SyD CEAF got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Abreu. 81 minutes into the match, Club SyD CEAF's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Salles came free, but Chu Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Honorio Ezkerra came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Club SyD CEAF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Ezkerra couldn't finish the play. After having played for 89 minutes, Hílton Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Torero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hílton Salles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Carolo Lorenz managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Torero's supporters rose to their feet, but Carolo Lorenz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chu Feng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Club SyD CEAF booed when El Torero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Lorenz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Nuñez in the 98th minute of play forced El Torero's goalkeeper Sergio Goycochea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
