Dalmacio Aureo made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Eustacio Gaxan sent off a good shot on target. Dalmacio Aureo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 10th match minute, Verdugos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Francho to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Verdugos FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Aureo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Gaxan. 16 minutes into the match, Gogo Vimaro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Verdugos FC's Dalmacio Aureo. Dalmacio Aureo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dalmacio Aureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Tonio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Miguel Jakobe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes, Gryffindor Lions's Manuel Tonio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dalmacio Aureo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gryffindor Lions reached it. 28 minutes into the match, Verdugos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Vimaro came free, but Dalmacio Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Aureo came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Gryffindor Lions's Manuel Tonio. But to his dismay, Manuel Tonio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Dalmacio Aureo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Tabby in the 33rd minute of play. Dalmacio Aureo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Gryffindor Lions's Gogo Vimaro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dalmacio Aureo. Dalmacio Aureo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Verdugos FC's zone, Gogo Vimaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Aureo came out of the goal and Gogo Vimaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Angel Francho fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verdugos FC's protests and gave Angel Francho a yellow card for diving instead. Manuel Tonio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dalmacio Aureo. Verdugos FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Froilan Astrada to strike the kick off in the second half. Froilan Astrada might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmacio Aureo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froilan Astrada ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Astrada in the 55th minute of play forced Verdugos FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Aureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Francho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Wilfredo Irrintzi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Froilan Astrada scored 6-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalmacio Aureo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 63 minutes of play, Gryffindor Lions's Froilan Astrada made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmacio Aureo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Verdugos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Astrada came free, but Dalmacio Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Verdugos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Astrada came free, but Dalmacio Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 minutes, Americo Tabby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gryffindor Lions and the Verdugos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dalmacio Aureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalmacio Aureo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gryffindor Lions's Froilan Astrada shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Gryffindor Lions's Norberto Raphael quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cosme Grabiel, made in the 82nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Froilan Astrada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gryffindor Lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Astrada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Aureo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gryffindor Lions's attentive Santo Iraido managed to snatch the ball when Cosme Grabiel made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. Froilan Astrada might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmacio Aureo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froilan Astrada ran back to his position shaking his head. Santo Iraido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dalmacio Aureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gryffindor Lions had played much better football throughout.
