Barrialito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Muno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Ler was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's Jaime Harri got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute Rosendo Noe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddy Gâteau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eddy Gâteau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After 99 played minutes Barrialito FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Orzaize. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Barrialito FC had won after a very even match.
