La Coruña FC were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Grzegorz Budacz took the corner. Aquiles Botello was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some careless play in the Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte defense, Alberto Lawrence kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Cordarryl. The Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Cordarryl should have stopped the shot. Diego Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elari Eesti, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elari Eesti in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diego Cordarryl saved Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte from getting behind. Diego Cordarryl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elari Eesti's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Severiano Bastiaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Narciso Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Elari Eesti scored to the left of an out of position Diego Cordarryl, making the score, 2-0. A collision led to Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Severiano Bastiaro hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Octavio Arnau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Coruña FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Diego Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elari Eesti in the 60th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, La Coruña FC's Grzegorz Budacz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Cordarryl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. La Coruña FC's Alberto Lawrence quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Igor Cedro, made in the 75th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Elari Eesti sped through Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diego Cordarryl. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's Diego Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elari Eesti in the 80th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Elari Eesti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diego Cordarryl. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elari Eesti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After 92 minutes, Severiano Bastiaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte and the La Coruña FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 94 minutes into the match, Octavio Arnau had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diego Cordarryl. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Octavio Arnau was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. When the referee ended the match the La Coruña FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
