In the 14th minute, Talleres de Escalada's Fabian Honesto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Malargüe's zone, Fabian Honesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnulfo Semeno came out of the goal and Fabian Honesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabian Honesto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Arnulfo Semeno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fabian Honesto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Arnulfo Semeno skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luciano Hats kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Jeremias Iruinea took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidro Segio. Isidro Segio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Talleres de Escalada's Isidro Segio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Iruinea in the 34th minute of play. Fabian Honesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Arnulfo Semeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
