Honorio Tulio came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Yoda Football's Joao Mbappè. But to his dismay, Joao Mbappè quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, Mauricio Calixto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Tulio. Cholo Racing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauricio Calixto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 24 minutes into the match, Cholo Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Joseph came free, but Honorio Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pavel Bâru's late challenge caught a Cholo Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pavel Bâru helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Pavel Bâru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Yoda Football's Nicolas Joseph in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cholo Racing Club's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th minute, Mauricio Calixto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorio Tulio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Honorio Tulio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Joseph, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Honorio Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Joseph, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Tino to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Teofilo Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mauricio Calixto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cholo Racing Club booed when Yoda Football was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Ostargi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Teofilo Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cholo Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Tino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Honorio Tulio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
