In the 5th minute, Cristo Gustau fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 7 minutes into the match, Severiano Sol notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Anzulón AFC's Mariano Eyague. Mariano Eyague was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isaias Steven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Victoro having to interfere. Zeledon Matro kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes, Club Deportivo S's Hipolito Gomez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mariano Eyague came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Deportivo S reached it. 14 minutes into the match, Inocencio Toro notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Anzulón AFC's Mariano Eyague. Mariano Eyague was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariano Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18thth minute of the game Bernardo Orland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anzulón AFC's Mariano Eyague was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernardo Orland scored 0-3 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Eyague, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ramon Suarez's late challenge caught a Club Deportivo S's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Suarez helped the player get up and apologised. Ramon Suarez kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 27 minutes of play, Club Deportivo S's Severiano Sol made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Eyague was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristo Gustau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fabio Victoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Orland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Orland scored 0-5 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Eyague, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mariano Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When Club Deportivo S's Inocencio Toro in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 66th minute Inocencio Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th play minute Hipolito Gomez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mariano Eyague. 0-7. Isaias Steven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Anzulón AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Higinio Indar hit a great ball. After 79 minutes, Isaias Steven mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anzulón AFC and the Club Deportivo S players grew even worse after the yellow card. 81 minutes into the match, Anzulón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Sol came free, but Mariano Eyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Eyague didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Orland went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Mariano Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Orland, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute, Club Deportivo S's Bernardo Orland dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Steven in the 93rd minute of play forced Club Deportivo S's goalkeeper Fabio Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Isaias Steven came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Anzulón AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Steven couldn't finish the play. Club Deportivo S's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
