Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlos Fagildo got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Rik in the 4th minute of play forced Macomitas AFC's goalkeeper Cesar Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Macomitas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Aznar came free, but Cesar Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Macomitas AFC's zone, Ismael Ongile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Toribio came out of the goal and Ismael Ongile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amado Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fagildo in the 20th minute of play. When Carlos Fagildo came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Macomitas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Fagildo couldn't finish the play. After 26 minutes of play, Macomitas AFC's Carlos Fagildo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amado Roldan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Conrado Meder hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Amado Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fagildo in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Morteros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Galeno to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Ongile, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Saturnino Donzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Roldan having to interfere.

A collision led to Morteros getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jonas Liher hit a great ball. Cesar Toribio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ubaldo Galeno in the 59th minute. The supporters of Morteros booed when Macomitas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Loramendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes Morteros got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Romildo. In the 63rd minute Carlos Fagildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Roldan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Toribio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Aznar in the 65th minute of play. Morteros's Ismael Ongile got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Morteros's Aureliano Rik dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Mariano Clementi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Amado Roldan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubaldo Galeno's late challenge caught a Macomitas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Galeno helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Morteros getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ubaldo Galeno hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Macomitas AFC's goalkeeper Cesar Toribio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubaldo Galeno. Cesar Toribio made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Ismael Ongile sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Morteros booed when Macomitas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Giraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
