Conrado Ermengol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 12th minute, La Zabaleta's Albin Ånger ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Conrado Ermengol. Conrado Ermengol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 15th minute, Albin Ånger made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Ermengol. Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Albin Ånger scored to the left of an out of position Conrado Ermengol, making the score, 5-0. A collision led to La Zabaleta getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Amancio Ekain hit a great ball. Arturo Guib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Primeiro in the 26th minute of play. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Albin Ånger sped through Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Conrado Ermengol. Conrado Ermengol came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by La Zabaleta's Herminio Cresconio. But to his dismay, Herminio Cresconio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Conrado Ermengol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albin Ånger in the 33rd minute. After 36 played minutes Puerto Madryn Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Placido Iruinea. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Ånger in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conrado Ermengol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodosio Lop blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Conrado Ermengol having to make a save. In the 40thth minute of the game Albin Ånger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's Conrado Ermengol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of La Zabaleta booed when Puerto Madryn Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Ånger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albin Ånger made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Albin Ånger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Zabaleta and the Puerto Madryn Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Albin Ånger took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conrado Ermengol. Conrado Ermengol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Arturo Guib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Amancio Ekain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Conrado Ermengol having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Albin Ånger made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Ermengol. Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. After some careless play in the Puerto Madryn Futbol Club defense, Albin Ånger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conrado Ermengol. The Puerto Madryn Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conrado Ermengol should have stopped the shot. After 77 minutes, Albin Ånger made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's Conrado Ermengol tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's Israel Vigil got a free kick in the 81st minute. A collision led to Puerto Madryn Futbol Club getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Fulgencio Montel hit a great ball. The throw-in from Fulgencio Montel in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Zabaleta's Alfred Baxter. Alfred Baxter kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Albin Ånger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Ermengol was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Zabaleta had played much better football throughout.
