The referee showed Narciso Macias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes Puerto Madryn Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Macias. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jeremias Montez sped through Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Conrado Ermengol. Alfonso Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Conrado Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Montez in the 18th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Montez in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conrado Ermengol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Maximino Boni made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Ermengol. Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Ivan Lorenz came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's Leo Primeiro. But to his dismay, Leo Primeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Fernan Bortzaioriz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Joaquin Abeita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Jeremias Montez sped through Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Conrado Ermengol. The supporters of Los Tigres de Funes booed when Puerto Madryn Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Iruinea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Tigres de Funes's Jeremias Montez got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Maximino Boni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Conrado Ermengol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Jeremias Montez came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Los Tigres de Funes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremias Montez couldn't finish the play. Ivan Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Vigil in the 46th minute of the match. Fulgencio Montel kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jeremias Montez made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Tigres de Funes's Enzo Hartz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Conrado Ermengol. That made the score 1-7 after 53 minutes of play. Jeremias Montez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 58th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ivan Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Vigil in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Israel Vigil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jeremias Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Lorenz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Primeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Lorenz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Vigil's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute Leo Primeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 70 in the game by Esteve Bilbo from a close distance when the talented Conrado Ermengol managed to make a qualified save. Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's players were relieved. Conrado Ermengol made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Jeremias Montez sent off a good shot on target. Jeremias Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Su came free, but Conrado Ermengol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteve Bilbo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to Puerto Madryn Futbol Club getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Fernan Bortzaioriz hit a great ball. Puerto Madryn Futbol Club's Conrado Ermengol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Puerto Madryn Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Israel Vigil hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Jeremias Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Bilbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Conrado Ermengol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Ermengol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremias Montez went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-8 was the resulting score. The Puerto Madryn Futbol Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Tigres de Funes were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
