The audience was convinced that Jeremias Montez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Telo was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Angelo Martinez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Lorenz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Removalist CF's Cristobal Camerino got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11thth minute of the game Jeremias Montez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Removalist CF's Placido Telo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Placido Telo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Su in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of Removalist CF booed when Los Tigres de Funes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Montez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Los Tigres de Funes defense, Cristobal Camerino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Lorenz. The Los Tigres de Funes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Lorenz should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, Angelo Martinez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 21 minutes into the game, one of Los Tigres de Funes:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Maximino Boni kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A hard shot by Erubiel Aresti from long distance, 31 minutes into the match, got Ivan Lorenz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ivan Lorenz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Martinez's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Angelo Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the game, Removalist CF's Angelo Martinez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Lorenz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celestino Mingo during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximino Boni kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Martinez was the one to do the kick off. Los Tigres de Funes's Ivan Lorenz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Martinez in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Los Tigres de Funes's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Martinez came free, but Ivan Lorenz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 played minutes Removalist CF got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Mingo. Los Tigres de Funes's Jeremias Montez got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 60 minutes, Maximino Boni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Tigres de Funes and the Removalist CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximino Boni hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the game, Venancio Tiadoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Tigres de Funes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Removalist CF the free kick. In the 64th minute, one of Los Tigres de Funes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Tigres de Funes. Erubiel Aresti walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 68 minutes of play, Removalist CF's Angelo Martinez made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Lorenz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivan Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Aresti in the 72nd minute of play. Los Tigres de Funes's Ivan Lorenz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Camerino in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Removalist CF's goalkeeper Placido Telo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Montez. Cristobal Camerino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Lorenz having to interfere. Angelo Martinez might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Lorenz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Martinez ran back to his position shaking his head. Erubiel Aresti kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Cristobal Camerino took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Lorenz. Ivan Lorenz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Los Tigres de Funes's Geronimo Su got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivan Lorenz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristobal Camerino went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Removalist CF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
