The Parravicini FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Rufo should have stopped the shot. Rene Rufo came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Ángel Albirrojo's Siro Frances. But to his dismay, Siro Frances quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Siro Frances sped through Parravicini FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rene Rufo. Rene Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Frances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Joanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Rene Rufo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Frances's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Rufo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Parravicini FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! In the 31st minute Amador Joanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Rufo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Fanis Koufaliotis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Siro Frances to make the kick off. After 52 minutes Parravicini FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Celso Ayala who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Siro Frances drilling the ball in to score 0-9 behind Parravicini FC's goalkeeper. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Siro Frances took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Rene Rufo to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th minute, Eliav Grozner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ángel Albirrojo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11. Ángel Albirrojo's Siro Frances was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Cristobal Papo fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parravicini FC's protests and gave Cristobal Papo a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Parravicini FC's zone, Fanis Koufaliotis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Rufo came out of the goal and Fanis Koufaliotis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Rufo made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Fanis Koufaliotis sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fanis Koufaliotis got free with Rene Rufo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fanis Koufaliotis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Rene Rufo made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Enmanuel during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ángel Albirrojo's Sebastián Domínguez got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ángel Albirrojo's Danilo Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Vincente in the 88th minute of play. Danilo Florian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Vincente in the 91st minute of play. Fanis Koufaliotis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Ángel Albirrojo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Parravicini FC throughout the match.
