Thanks to some nice moves Anacleto Sanchez could shoot a difficult shot in the 3rd minute, which Angel Berbiz however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 10 minutes, Felix Azibar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC CERBEROS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Azibar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Cuevas defense, Anacleto Sanchez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Berbiz. The Cuevas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Berbiz should have stopped the shot. If Atilano Remicio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, AFC CERBEROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Suarez to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Jacobo Curcio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuevas's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Curcio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Joachim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th play minute Felix Azibar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Angel Berbiz. 3-0. Cuevas's Angel Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Lopez in the 31st minute of play. Cayetano Nataniel charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cayetano Nataniel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AFC CERBEROS booed when Cuevas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Nataniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. AFC CERBEROS's Urbano Chinto got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Damian Lopez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Angel Berbiz, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 41 minutes, Jacobo Curcio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuevas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobo Curcio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Lisandro Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angel Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Azibar in the 43rd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Dionisio Vito in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cuevas's Agustin Nel. 48 minutes into the match, Cuevas's goalkeeper Angel Berbiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Azibar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Felix Azibar made the kick off in the second half. Cuevas's Angel Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Lopez in the 51st minute of play. Mauro Joachim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Remicio, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Angel Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Lopez in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cuevas's Agustin Nel got a free kick in the 69th minute. Angel Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Chinto in the 74th minute of play. AFC CERBEROS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Urbano Chinto in the 75th minute. A nice corner shot did that Urbano Chinto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Angel Berbiz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cuevas's Angel Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Lopez in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Curcio in the 80th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Berbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Sanchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mauro Joachim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Curcio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC CERBEROS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
