If Silvestre Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th minute, Silvestre Clodio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Gustaf Ahlström notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of River plate's Celso Mikelar. Celso Mikelar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Celso Mikelar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Ahlström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to River plate getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jonathan Gelmiro hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Bichiko Fuertes managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.C.SHARKS's supporters rose to their feet, but Bichiko Fuertes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Mikelar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celso Mikelar made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Faustino Quico sent off a good shot on target. River plate's Celso Mikelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Lorenz in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Faustino Quico made a precise shot to the right of Celso Mikelar. River plate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 36 minutes into the match, River plate's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Ahlström came free, but Celso Mikelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes, Faustino Jokin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River plate and the A.C.SHARKS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A.C.SHARKS made a substitution. Iosif Bratu replaced Mahgoub El-Khateeb. Faustino Jokin kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The coaching staff of River plate protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emilio Sanson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for A.C.SHARKS. Nana Lider stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Celso Mikelar. 7-0. In the 74th minute, Haroldo Txartiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Silvestre Clodio managed to get in a good position for a shot. River plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Clodio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the last second Marcelito Barovero throw himself and got hold of the ball when Faustino Jokin in the 81stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 84 minutes into the match, River plate's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Lluc came free, but Celso Mikelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Laureano Lluc made a precise shot to the right of Celso Mikelar. River plate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. When the referee ended the match the A.C.SHARKS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
