Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tiburcio Oroitz took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Emanuel Estefan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maimará fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Estefan during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Maimará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Estefan to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute of the match Iker Salvator shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilano Gagriel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Maimará's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Salvator came free, but Atilano Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of LIONS booed when Maimará was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Olando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Firman in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th play minute Justo Kelemen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Americo Fernado. 2-0. Americo Fernado came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Maimará's Tiburcio Oroitz. But to his dismay, Tiburcio Oroitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justo Kelemen got free with Americo Fernado in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atilano Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Guerra in the 32nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herminio Argenis during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Maimará getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Herminio Argenis hit a great ball. When Maimará's Tiburcio Oroitz in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LIONS's goalie prevented a goal. LIONS's Americo Fernado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save LIONS from getting a goal against them. Americo Fernado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Estefan in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fulvio Guerra to strike the kick off in the second half. Atilano Gagriel made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Fulvio Guerra sent off a good shot on target. Maimará's Atilano Gagriel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Firman in the 54th minute of play. Atilano Gagriel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Firman, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute of the match, Fulvio Guerra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Atilano Gagriel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 61 minutes into the match, Maimará's goalkeeper Atilano Gagriel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulvio Guerra. After a defensive mix-up in LIONS's zone, Justo Kelemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Fernado came out of the goal and Justo Kelemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Maimará's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Eladio came free, but Atilano Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliberto Firman got free with Atilano Gagriel in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Americo Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Ermengol in the 69th minute of the match. If Tiburcio Oroitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Ermengol in the 72nd minute of play forced LIONS's goalkeeper Americo Fernado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes, Fumo Flores mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LIONS and the Maimará players grew even worse after the yellow card. Americo Fernado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulvio Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Gagriel having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Maimará's Tiburcio Oroitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Fernado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Justo Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Americo Fernado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Ermengol in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulvio Guerra got free with Atilano Gagriel in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Maimará had won after a very even match.
