LANUS's goal looked a bit too open when David Rodas came free, but Cristian Mergildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Sabahattin Hanönü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Mergildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabahattin Hanönü in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Mergildo saved C.A. LANUS from getting behind. In the 14th minute Los up up were awarded a corner. Senne Coosemans went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Los up up's corner Senne Coosemans fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristian Mergildo quite easily take care of the ball. Cristian Mergildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cahya Tomagola in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of C.A. LANUS booed when Los up up was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Cordarrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vaani Gómez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zäfär Güläliyev. Los up up's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cuma Akşit in the 21st minute of play forced Los up up's goalkeeper Zäfär Güläliyev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Cahya Tomagola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Mergildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabahattin Hanönü in the 58th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adamantios Geronimidis in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zäfär Güläliyev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Cahya Tomagola kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristian Mergildo. That made the score 0-1 in the 64 minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match, Cahya Tomagola got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristian Mergildo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 70 played minutes Los up up got a freekick which was hit by Adrianinho Thuram. Bren McPhil's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cristian Mergildo firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to C.A. LANUS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Vaani Gómez hit a great ball. After 75 played minutes, Los up up's David Rodas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristian Mergildo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los up up reached it. Senne Coosemans went to the cornerflag to take it. Los up up's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo managed to reach the ball for a save. 86 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Abeitia notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of C.A. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo. Cristian Mergildo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C.A. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabahattin Hanönü in the 91st minute of play. Senne Coosemans kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los up up had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
