The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Delmar Joanes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Roque Gorka made a huge save. Pity 31's Clemente Fliz got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmar Joanes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Roque Gorka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roque Gorka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Fliz in the 13th minute of the match. Roque Gorka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemente Fliz's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, POMBO's Marcelino Gaufred got a free kick in the 14th minute. The supporters of POMBO booed when Pity 31 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiberiu Hurmuz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pity 31's Clemente Fliz in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye POMBO's goalie prevented a goal. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by POMBO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Delmiro Donostia was slow to take the kick. During this time Pity 31's players had a chance to rest. Lucas Frasquito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Makis Kasmiris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Fliz in the 37th minute of play forced POMBO's goalkeeper Roque Gorka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Breogan in the 39th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Clemente Fliz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pity 31's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Fliz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Gorka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A nice corner shot did that Delmiro Donostia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roque Gorka quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 61 minutes, Delmar Joanes made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. POMBO's Roque Gorka tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, POMBO's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Fliz came free, but Roque Gorka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. POMBO's Ubaldo Cibran was substituted for Mariano Grosso. If Clemente Fliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Tiberiu Hurmuz threw the ball into play from the sideline. POMBO's Prudencio Cordairo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Makis Kasmiris might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roque Gorka. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Makis Kasmiris ran back to his position shaking his head. Pity 31's Luciano Porfirio was substituted for Benjamin Orzaize. Roque Gorka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Fliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Santos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiberiu Măcriș in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute Iker Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Gorka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pity 31's Leon Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Cordairo in the 95th minute of play. Pity 31's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
