Sixto Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Jurkovič in the 17th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Esdras came free, but Sixto Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Jurkovič in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Gayle Leto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Granate's protests and gave Manole Ciocârlan a yellow card for diving instead. Manole Ciocârlan hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Sixto Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Edwardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Quinten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Manex, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Edwardo in the 95th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Sixto Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97thth minute of the game Damian Gipuzkoa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El diablo's Mark Schwarzer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. El diablo had won after a very even match.
