A well-hit corner resulted in Ali Kaan Başeğmez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Clemente Benvido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Kaan Başeğmez, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Urtats showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido got control of the ball when Maximino Atarrabi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Canalla Fuego supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Areco FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Areco FC.
