The La France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some careless play in the Alejandra defense, Gaudencio Pelayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurinho Terra. The Alejandra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurinho Terra should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 15 in the game by Gaudencio Pelayo from a close distance when the talented Maurinho Terra managed to make a qualified save. Alejandra's players were relieved. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind La France's goalkeeper Jonas Burutzagi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonas Burutzagi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Cidro in the 19th minute of the match. Jonas Burutzagi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Girotti in the 20th minute of play. Ildefonso Distiratsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Terra having to interfere. Federico Girotti took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonas Burutzagi. Jonas Burutzagi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Gaudencio Pelayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Maurinho Terra made a huge save. La France were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Alejandra's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Justino Ferrando took the corner. The corner ended in Justino Ferrando almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Alejandra's Maurinho Terra did a great save. In the 37th minute, Federico Girotti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Burutzagi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 41 minutes into the match, Federico Girotti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Burutzagi. La France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Girotti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. In the 44th minute Angel Cidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Burutzagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Burutzagi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Girotti in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Alejandra were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaudencio Pelayo to make the kick off. The supporters of La France booed when Alejandra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Goizeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandra's Maurinho Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Pelayo in the 51st minute of play. In the 54thth minute of the game Federico Girotti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La France's Jonas Burutzagi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felipe Clis made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Prospero Ovando immediately put the ball in play. Alejandra's Maurinho Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Distiratsu in the 72nd minute of play. After 72 minutes of play, La France's Ildefonso Distiratsu made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurinho Terra was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 78 minutes, Gaudencio Pelayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La France's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Pelayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Alejandra's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Pelayo came free, but Maurinho Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes Alejandra got a freekick which was hit by Rene Lehen. In the 87th minute Gaudencio Pelayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Alejandra getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ruperto Tartalo hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alejandra had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
