Erasmo Shantala might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teofilo Lastras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erasmo Shantala ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Iordache Ghinescu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Maquina del mal FC's Mor Dor. Mor Dor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 played minutes Maquina del mal FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Goito. With a little luck, Steaua Noes Potable's Teofilo Lastras got control of the ball when Witold Dropinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erasmo Shantalas short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Teofilo Lastras to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teofilo Lastras made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Erasmo Shantala sent off a good shot on target. Vladimiro Fernandes hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the game, Maquina del mal FC's Erasmo Shantala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teofilo Lastras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Teofilo Lastras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erasmo Shantala in the 39th minute. Erasmo Shantala had several of the Steaua Noes Potable's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 43 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Teofilo Lastras as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 47th minute, Erasmo Shantala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maquina del mal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

The wind increased when Erasmo Shantala made the kick off in the second half. Teofilo Lastras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erasmo Shantala's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. If Witold Dropinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Steaua Noes Potable's Tim Farley got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of Maquina del mal FC booed when Steaua Noes Potable was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Farley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steaua Noes Potable's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erasmo Shantala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Shantala in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teofilo Lastras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bastien Bernhard got free with Mor Dor in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute Erasmo Shantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Lastras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
