Hipolito Osmundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Perez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hipolito Osmundo ran back to his position shaking his head. Alejandro Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Osmundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Motu's Valentin Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Sugoi in the 14th minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Limarna AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Nazario to maneuver through the defense. Hipolito Osmundo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejandro Perez. Alejandro Perez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Hipolito Osmundo scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alejandro Perez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentin Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Romelio in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Hipolito Osmundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hipolito Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alejandro Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Osmundo in the 34th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Carlos Izquierdoz in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Motu's Hipolito Osmundo. The Limarna AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Perez should have stopped the shot. Limarna AFC's Alejandro Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Limarna AFC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Limarna AFC's Alejandro Perez got control of the ball when Uriel Lleir tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Motu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
