Anier Behe ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on phoinix fc's corner Anier Behe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Daniz Tan quite easily take care of the ball. Edelmiro Dantae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Alto Alberdi's zone, Edelmiro Dantae stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniz Tan came out of the goal and Edelmiro Dantae tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ceferino Johans made a kick off. Edelmiro Dantae might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniz Tan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edelmiro Dantae ran back to his position shaking his head. After 54 minutes, Edelmiro Dantae made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Alto Alberdi's Daniz Tan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, phoinix fc's Ceferino Johans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniz Tan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Gelacio in the 87th minute of play forced phoinix fc's goalkeeper Fausto Nisio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniz Tan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 88th minute of the match. Fausto Nisio made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Enzo Bazkoare sent off a good shot on target.
