Serafino Jurdan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Gimenez in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Thorsberg in the 25th minute of play forced Penk Boys's goalkeeper Gogo Cresitobalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gogo Cresitobalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Lope in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven Thorsberg to make the kick off. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Penk Boys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
